We are currently looking for skilled workers to fill the following positions:

Ability to read blueprints and understanding the dimensions of the given component to properly program machines.
Experience using Mastercam
Adjust machine cutting paths and settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Ability to calculate and write programs for CNC work centres. Fabricating component parts to stated engineering specifications.
Perform detailed analysis of the component parts configuration/dimensions to determine the most efficient machining operations required for production.
Works with engineering and supervisor personnel to troubleshoot and resolve design, equipment, and operating difficulties.

Responsible for the preparation of mechanical designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Solid Works. Ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
Self-motivated individual who can work alongside several specialists within our company. The draftsman will form part of multidisciplinary engineering.
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
Must be comfortable identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Experience setting up and operating metal-cutting machinery to build tools and parts for various machinery.
Experience studying blueprints and creating designs
Performing regular maintenance on CNC machinery.
CNC Operators are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines.
A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.
Prepare and load materials and parts onto the machines.

Skilled in manually controlled machines.
Precision and bench work in the fabrication, maintenance, repair, and alteration of machinery.
Ability to reads blueprints.
Experience using gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
Experience using precision tools, machinery and equipment such as a lathe, vertical milling machine, drill press, hydraulic press, chop saw, band saw, push and pull broaches.
Performs regular maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Evaluates experimental procedures and recommends change or modifications for efficiency and adaptability.
Ability to track parts and jobs into the vantage system.

Forklift experience or willingness to learn.
Experience working with and ERP system.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
Maintains company vehicles by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
